Wedding guidelines and fees
We know this is a special day for you and we want to do our best to accommodate you and to honor your special time while maintaining established In-Person guidelines currently in place. During the Corona Virus Pandemic our guidelines are:
The Church Consistory will ensure there is sanitizer and reminder signs posted both upstairs and down.
Consistory will set up extra chairs for the side room off the sanctuary and the Welcome Area before entering the sanctuary. The balcony and choir loft may also be available for seating.
Consistory will open the church, turn the lights on, turn on the heat or air as needed, and will provide for a bell ringer, as necessary.
Consistory asks that the Wedding Party bring extra masks for any guests who might have forgotten theirs. Masks will be required for rehearsal and wedding (except wedding party on wedding day and those medically unable to wear a mask).
Social distancing will be expected. The Wedding Party and/or ushers should help facilitate this.
The Wedding Party will provide for all ushering responsibilities and pick up after the wedding.
Consistory asks that guests exit the building as soon as reasonably possible. Those who are staying for pictures should stay until pictures are done.
The officiating pastor will maintain social distancing throughout the rehearsal and wedding.
